Gym Cable End Stop

Gym Cable End Stop is specifically designed for use on gym equipment cables. Unlike aluminium ferrules which are generally for light-duty applications and can only hold about 50% of the cable's breaking strength, these steel swage sleeves offer greater retention strength, typically around 90% of the wire's minimum breaking load.

The primary purpose of this cylindrical fitting is to be hydraulically swaged or crimped onto the end of the gym cable wire rope, creating a permanent and very strong stopping point. This effectively prevents the cable from slipping through pulley systems or other fixture points within the gym machine. Their robust, metal construction ensures they can withstand the significant tension and repeated pulling forces applied during demanding workouts, providing a safe and reliable termination that is essential for commercial gym use.
